WORKING WITH THE "HONEST SIGN" SYSTEM
Mandatory product labeling ensures the elimination of counterfeit goods and enables tracking of the supply chain from the manufacturer.
Manufacturers and importers of dietary supplements are required to apply identification markers to their products and report this to the "Honest Sign" labeling system. Compliance with labeling requirements is monitored by Rospotrebnadzor. Its inspectors verify products at all stages, from market entry to retail sales.
BIOCORD LLC ensures full compliance with the "Honest Sign" mandatory labeling system, including registration, application of codes, and tracking of product movement. We provide all necessary services for integration into the system, enabling efficient supply chain management and adherence to legal requirements.
Our specialists oversee every stage of the labeling code lifecycle—from "applied" to "in circulation." The printing of identification markers is done via direct application (thermal transfer printing), fully complying with the requirements set by Decree No. 886 of May 31, 2023, "On the Approval of Rules for Labeling Dietary Supplements with Identification Markers and Specifics of Implementing the State Information System for Monitoring the Circulation of Goods Subject to Mandatory Labeling."
Compliance with requirements and verification of code readability are achieved through validation (inspection of codes using an industrial optical scanner). We also offer product aggregation on pallets, significantly speeding up the goods acceptance process. Market entry is automatically initiated upon signing the Universal Transfer Document (UPD), ensuring the product is ready for sale.
