Personal Data Processing Agreement

Text of the Data Processing Agreement: 

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, you hereby confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by BIOCORD LLC, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), use, and transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name as described below, as well as blocking, anonymization, and destruction.

BIOCORD LLC guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out to effectively fulfill orders, contracts, and other obligations undertaken by BIOCORD LLC as mandatory.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. BIOCORD LLC guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software ensures the protection of personal data under conditions similar to those outlined in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: full name, email address, delivery postal address, contact phone number, and payment details.

The validity of this consent is unlimited. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 443044, Samara Region, Samara, Tovarnaya St., 70, building Sh, office 17, marked "Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Processing."

Please note that withdrawing consent for the processing of personal data will result in the deletion of your account from the website (http://biocord.ru), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in BIOCORD LLC's data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use BIOCORD LLC's online services.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that the provision of this information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation or the legitimate rights and interests of third parties. All provided information pertains to me personally.

This consent remains in effect for the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
